Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Items you can return

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
• Unused items in their original packaging, with tags and accessories, returned within 7 days.

Items we cannot accept back

• Opened food, grocery and organic products (for hygiene and safety), unless they arrived damaged or expired.
• Personal-care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
• Items damaged through misuse after delivery.

How to return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We confirm whether the item can be returned and arrange pickup or tell you where to send it.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days by bank transfer or mobile banking. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we also refund the delivery charge.
